VOUS GEREREZ ET CONSTITUEREZ VOTRE PROPRE EQUIPE DE BOULANGERS ET APPRENTIS. VOUS MAITRISEZ LES METHODES DE PLANNIFICATION, LES REGLES HACCP HYGIENE ALIMENTAIRE. EXPERIENCE EN BOULANGERIE, VIENNOISERIE ET PATISSERIE DEMANDEE (justificatif de stage - minimum 1 an - ou expérience pro d'1 an). VOUS GEREREZ AUSSI LES ACHATS, LES STOCKS ET LES PLANNINGS. VOUS ETES METHODIQUE, ORGANISE.
